I want have a component manager social network like EasySocial
http://easysocial.stackideas.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&;view=albums

can you support for me. I look in source that has admin_*.ctp in view folder . I don't know how to used ?

This is not a component, this is a simple frontend plugin, you can access to admin panel from frontend (docs at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/social-network-configuration)
