Hi,
can you please post me your site link to make a look about this? to keep it private you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab (only "Site Url" is needed for us, so you leave blank all other fields)

Hi,
of course with a registration with facebook then you will not get details like Country and Zipcode.
Anyway you can force users to fill these fields during the first login, Go to Components->Easy Profile->Options (button at the top right) and set to "Yes" the parameter called "Force the compilation of the required fields on login".

With this after the login the users will be forced to fill required details.

When I followed your instructions it made mandatory fields across different user types mandatory. I just wanted it to affect mandatory fields on one profile

Hi,
sorry but this is not possible, if a field is required then it is required for all fields.

The only way is to duplicate fields, and use a set of mandatory field for this type of profiles and uses the not mandatory set of fields for all other profiles.
