1. Installed Easy Profile Pro 2.2.3 Pro on Joomla 3.6.5
2. 3 of 4 menu item are shown well
3. Only nothing shown at “Easy Profile – User Profile (blank with no error shown)"
4. Tried default menu item of joomla – “Users - User Profile”, It show well.
Please advise how to solve it

this happen because "user-profile" menu item was of type "Users->User Profile" instead "Easy Profile->User Profile". Now I have fixed this
Normally, when you go to a menu item of type Users->User Profile then automatically you will be redirect to Easy Profile profile page, but if missing Menu Item for this then you will see a link like "https://www.1belt1road.plus/en/component/jsn/?Itemid=";. This is not a problem on normal environments, because also this link should works, but in your site when there is no a menu item you will a empty page (due to template configuration problem).

Try to make this check:
- Go into Joomla Plugin Manager and check that these plugins are enabled: Easy Profile - System Plugin, Easy Profile - Users Plugin
- Try to disable plugin "Easy Profile - Social Network" plugin, if after this works probably your webserver does not met Minimum requirements (http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/social-network-requirements), so you need to enable all required PHP Extensions (in the most of webservers all required extensions are enabled by default)

You should create a menu item of type Easy Profile -> User Profile for each menu language to solve this.
About empty page
Probably there is a configuration problem with your template, if missing Itemid (so not available menu item for some component) then your site show empty page. An example with link like /index.php?option=com_users this link should show login form in all Joomla installations, but in your site I see only empty page.
