Hi,
you can use select field like screenshot.

So leader or manager in this group will manage these users, other group not see and not manage these user belong this group.
This thing is not possible, you can only create a list with users that have chosen current user in select list.

Hi,

so i want management members in this group can edit and see some fields but user not register or edit some fields. example field salary, bonus, allowance...

You can set "Visibility for" parameter (screenshot 1) for each field to set who can see the field.
If you want a field not editable for user you can remove it from edit profile page, the field will be available only on backend for editing.

In the latest release we have added a parameter to allow to Admins to edit not editable fields also from frontend (screenshot 2)
Normally when admin edit others profiles, he see same fields of owner of profile. With this option admin will see also the not editable fields.

Who are admins? admins are all users that have permission to edit profiles. to configure these permission go to Users > Manage > Options > Permission

Management can only manage user groups that belong to that group. Management of other groups can not edit of see the fields of this user
This is not possible with Easy Profile. Easy Profile extends Joomla user management (not replace), so the workflow is the same of Joomla.

Hi,
sorry but this model is not possible to implement with Easy Profile without develop some dedicated plugin.

About Editing Privileges
Is not possible to configure Manager classes: Users can edit all users(if admin) or not. Of course with some plugin that check should possible, but develop something like this require many PHP and Joomla dev knowledges.

About visibility of Users
Also this is not possible with Easy Profile, you can create a list of users only available for some manager with specific users, but also no visible users are available if you know the link. Also for this you need some dedicated plugin.

Edit of Specific Fields
You can manage this with solution in my previous post (remove field from edit profile page and enable option to show not editable fields for Admins)
