After opening user import url, I get the following error:
Not Authorized

I am logged in both at frontend and backend, and have superuser rights.
Of course I have the latest userimport plugin installed, and activated.

The url is:
/index.php?option=com_jsn&view=import

What could be the problem?

you need to configure plugin from Extensions->Plugin, you will se parameter to set access level (http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/import-plugin)

after this step you can access from frontend;)
