When I do a search with numbers, it shows "Choose a number range"

that's ok, because I wanted to search from a year to another year with numbers.

But when I set the range, like 2012 to 2015, search results only shows users with year 2013 to 2014, it doesn't include 2012 and 2015 years

I tried to do a single search, just setting 2011 to 2011, and no results... either 2011 to 2011.. but if I do 2010 to 2012, it only shows year 2011.

yes this is a issue, to solve you need to edit /administrator/components/com_jsn/helpers/fields/numeric.php at line 102 and 103.
replace this
if(JRequest::getVar($field->alias.'_from','')!='') $query->where('b.'.$db->quoteName($field->alias).' > '.$db->quote(JRequest::getVar($field->alias.'_from','')));
if(JRequest::getVar($field->alias.'_to','')!='') $query->where('b.'.$db->quoteName($field->alias).' < '.$db->quote(JRequest::getVar($field->alias.'_to','')));

with this:
if(JRequest::getVar($field->alias.'_from','')!='') $query->where('b.'.$db->quoteName($field->alias).' >= '.$db->quote(JRequest::getVar($field->alias.'_from','')));
if(JRequest::getVar($field->alias.'_to','')!='') $query->where('b.'.$db->quoteName($field->alias).' <= '.$db->quote(JRequest::getVar($field->alias.'_to','')));
