Hello .

i am facing a problem with a plug in and easy profile component .

To be more specific i am using

TM Joomla Extensions - Mailchimp User Auto Add plug in to send to mailchimp the usergroup of a register user.
Plug in parameters here

The problem is that we have 2 user group and only the one group its been sent to mailchimp as you can see from my screenshots below

we have 2 user groups for register users

The groups of a user in joomla

what has been sent to mailchimp (the second usergroup is missing)

and i notice the following.

EasyProfile does not use the Joomla Framework to updates the usergroups of a user but you are using your own events with a result the other plug ins are not able to read the changes .

To solve the problem could you please after the update of a user group to trigger the onUserAfterSave event so the other plug in to be able to run again ?

pls let me know if you can do this amendment

Hi,
EasyProfile does not use the Joomla Framework to updates the usergroups of a user but you are using your own events with a result the other plug ins are not able to read the changes .
this is not true, Easy Profile add / remove from usergroups during "onUserAfterSave" event. This is normal, Easy Profile extends Joomla User Management (not replace), so after user update his profile then Easy Profile store data (and usergroups)

To solve the problem could you please after the update of a user group to trigger the onUserAfterSave event so the other plug in to be able to run again ?
Of course this is not possible, otherwise you should have infinite loops in some case.

I don't know where is the solution because we not have experience with Mailchimp User Auto Add plugin, but have you tried to set correctly the order of user plugins from Extensions->Plugins? Mailchimp User Auto Add plugin should be ordered after Easy Profile - Users Plugin
