Resolved Password Complexity Indicator

Hi There,

I know there's a slight green or red validation surround border to the easy profile fields upon registration. However, I need to show an actual Password Complexity Indicator, so as users are typing in their chosen password, it shows in a Bad, Fair, Good, Excellent OR Red, Orange or Green kind of thing... dependent on what the actual 3rd party password complexity indicator provider has set as their way to show when a password is complex or not.

password strenght-meter is a Joomla hidden feature (not developed by us), Easy Profile only enable this.

XML to load password field is into file at /administrator/components/com_jsn/helpers/fields/password.php

the code to load strenght-meter is at lines 37(generate the code if enabled in configuration) and 60(add code in XML definition).

Hi,
sorry but I do not understand your question, you can manage to show/hide strength-meter from Easy Profile options, strength-meter is a hidden part of by Joomla.

If you want to use a custom strength-meter, the best way is to disable this from Easy Profile options and add javascript to create a new custom strength-meter.
