Possibly a bug?
Password strength meter shows up fine when not set to view in tabs. When set to tabs it does not display the meter. I've tried with both "Include bootstrap css" off and on. (including bootstrap modifies the look of our template as well, so it would be preferred if it did not require the option include bootstrap. We are already including bootstrap in the template).
If you turn off tabs, the strength meter works fine with both the settings of bootstrap included or not.
Is the strength meter not supposed to show up in tabbed view?
