Installed and cannot use:
at the page /administrator/index.php?option=com_jsn
I see

Can you please provide me your site details to check this problem? if you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.

This is very strange, 404 mean "component not found" but this was not possible if it is installed, basically component installation is simple, Joomla reveal a component if you have at least these 2 files (also empty files):
com_componentname/componentname.xml
com_componentname/componentname.php

if you have these 2 files some link like /administrator/index.php?option=com_componentname does not return 404

Have you tried to install one more time?

Yesterday I installed a few times, and then all removed. Today tried again. all OK.
