Hello There,
I have this problem. I created a custom hidden field 'usergroup' to hide/show some field during registration and it works ok.
After I created a second custom field (text field) called 'auth-code' that must appear only when usergroup=professor, and it works.
The problem is that, when usergroup has other values (different kind of user to register), I see at the beginning of the registration a blank screen (because Validation Tab that contains that field is hidden) and I must click on Next button to start the registration process.
How to correct this behaviour ?

Hi,
this happen because the "auth-code" field is on the first tab.
You have 3 solution:
1) move "auth-code" tab to not be as first tab

2) move "auth-code" field for example in "Principal" Tab

3) use url with hash to set default tab, for example like http://domain/registration#profile-tab1 (you will see hash in url when you move between tabs)

Hi,
yes sorry my error, solution 3 will not work because you have enabled StepByStep in Easy Profile Options, so it's not possible to select second tab.

Do you have any other ideas? Otherwise I think I'll go for solution #2.
You can disable StepByStep in Easy Profile->Options->Layout Settings->View the form in tabs.

I think I solved. I forget, in Parameters of 'usergroup' field, to set condition:
Condition4
Equal
Custom value
professor
as Two Ways !!!
Enabling Two Ways option solved the contrast.
