I am having issues with conditional fields, and have some questions.
I have two fields. The first is a select field with a list of license types. One of the type is "Other". The second field is a simple text field. I would like when at registration or editing the profile if a user chooses "Other" from the select field that the text field then shows up for them to enter in what type of license they have.
I have set up a condition in the text field to show it when the Other option is chosen, using the Equal operator. The field is hidden properly, but doesn't show when the "Other" option is chosen. I have tried entering the value and the text from the select field, with no effect.
What am I doing wrong?
