I have a Chronoforms Form with Joomla User-Registration and a Connection to the #_jsn_users table.
Everything worked fine. But since i updated to easy-profil 2.4.7 something went wrong. When i use this form, the joomla registration works but now i don't have an entry to the right joomla-user group anymore.

Ok

When i disable the Easy Profile - User Group Plugin, the form works as expected. It seems there is a problem with the plugin?

Hi

The same Problem (again) after Updating Easy Profile. When i disable the Plugin, everything works as expected.
Is the plugin atomatically enabled after Update? Do i need the Plugin? Is there an updated Version?

Yes.

Maybe you can works also with plugin enabled...try to check all your conditions, maybe you have one condition that add/remove user to/from usergroup that you have deleted in the past.

I'm stiil strugglin with the usergroup-Plugin.
I have a Chronoengine-Form with a joomla Registration. After Registration the user is assigned to two usergroups. ("xxx" and "yyy";). On the other Hand i have an Easyprofile Custom-field (Type Checkboxlist) with conditions.
With the rule: if this field contains value "1" add to usergroup "xxx".

After Submit i can see the new user is assigned to this two user groups. But after using the Acitvation-Link one usergroup is lost (the one with more rights) and if th user tries to login with the new credentials he has the message "not allowed to see this content". But strange: A soon as i disable the Easy-Profile User-Group Plugin, everything works as expected.

Hi and thank you

It seems it had something to do with the "Make inverse Condition"field. For some reasons (after update) every condition was set to "yes". After Changing this value the proces seems now to work.

Hi,
the problem is that Chronoengine-Form does not fill the field called "Benutzergruppen". So when you edit a user then it lose the usergroup.

But after using the Acitvation-Link one usergroup is lost
I have just tried and after account activation I still have 2 usergroups....anyway this is possible because every time a component/plugin trigger function save of a Joomla user object then conditions are triggered.

Of course, you have field "Benutzergruppen" empty, so condition is
if equal to custom value "xxx" add to usergroup "xxx" otherwise (inverse effect) remove from usergroup "xxx"

Hi it's me again
Sorry ;)

I have a new Problem (same customfield)
I can check som fields, the assignement to the usergroup works but i can't see any checked Boxes after submit.

normally cache should not affect backend operations...this is strange.

We still need a bit of time to investigate, I think this is something related to cronoform, anyway I can't confirm it for now :(

It's still me. After my Holidays i'm struggling with the same problems.
In Easyprofile-fieIds i have a checkboxlist called "benutzergruppen".
I have some conditions (add to usergroup). But when i try to change something i a userprofile, it seems to work in a way (adding to a specific usergroup), but the checkboxes remain empty. And sometimes i can't make changes in the joomla-Usergroup-List. Still the Easy-Profile Plugin?

So maybe you can have a closer look to the installation/configuration?

Hi,
there are problems on several fields, for example land, nr and Mitgliedschaft.

I found that the data are stored in DB but for some reason these are not loaded. We also found that there are some other problem not related to Easy Profile, for example when I change global configuration then I need to reload the page otherwise we did not see the modification.

I think that these problem are related to your webserver (you use LiteSpeed).

Anyway can you please provide us FTP details? unfortunately this error is very strange and we are not able to find the problem :(
