Using Field Type Radio the checkboxes no longer are showing on my site. Screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/yy7w7nwu
I have Easyprofile updated and started using the No preview available. You can enable preview in the options.shaper_helixultimate theme.

Using the Gantry theme it showed: https://tinyurl.com/yygjj832

Can you please assist?

Hi,
fixed, I have added following CSS code to your "Custom CSS" parameter of the template:
#member-profile .form-check-inline input[type="radio"] {
display: inline-block;
}

Hi,
can you please post me your site details to check this? if yes then you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.

It's possible that the Framework used by your template adds for administrators some CSS/JS to improve user experience....for example Helix based templates transforms Yes/No radio fields like switch (an example here: https://www.easy-profile.com/support/yes-no-radio-fields-do-not-work-with-t3-bs3-template.html)
