Resolved Recaptcha not working

HI need some help with Recaptcha .
I don't know but its not showing in the registration from when people try to create new account can you please help.
I use Joomla Shine templates don't know if this could be the reason why is not working.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it's a weekend for us.

you have not enabled in Users options, Easy Profile extends Joomla User Management (not replace), so you find captcha configuration in Joomla Users component (Users->Manage->Options). Now I have enabled for you, see screenshot.

Captcha is managed by Joomla and not Easy Profile, anyway to check this we need site details (you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab)
