Hi,
with option "Force the compilation of the required fields on login" enabled the user should see following message when missing some required field: "Some required fields are not filled, please complete your profile" (see screenshot)

If you does not see this message probably your template suppress it, then you need to enable Joomla messages from template options.

Hi,
sorry this is not possible with simple way*

Can I ask you what is your purpose? for example if you want that user need to fill required fields then you can enable parameter called "Force the compilation of the required fields on login" in Easy Profile configuration (Components->Easy Profile->Options). This option force users to fill all required fields.

* you can add a message with a delimiter field type (http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/html-delimiter-field-type) and show this message only in Edit profile page. The problem is that you can't hide natively this message when all required fields are filled, the only way to do it is to add some Javascript code.
