Hi,
saving a user profile erases all joomla custom fields for that user.
I have tested this in both version 2.4.10 and 2.5.0.

Probably related to a 'bug' we are working on in Joomla core. https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/19753
Can you please confirm / fix / help test the joomla proposed fix?

Hi,
check the order of system plugins from Extensions->Plugins, plugin "Easy Profile - System plugin" must be trigger before plugin "System - Fields" (please use version 2.5.0)

Top, that fixes the issue. but that also makes me wonder how this is possible? I understand that wanting to be triggered before other plugins is an solution when two plugins 'interfere' with each other, but that should never be an issue with a core joomla plugin?

Joomla 3.8.3 and less recent load Joomla Fields from a User Controller, so this was not a problem.

Joomla 3.8.4 and newest load Joomla Fields from a System Plugin, so from EP 2.5 we have moved function "onContentPrepareForm" from User Plugin to System Plugin
