I like the way you have laid out the Search page in the example on your website. When Easy Profile is initially installed,By default everything is stacked vertically in a single column. How do I change the layout to mimic yours (see attached)?

Search form in our page does not come from menu item, this is a search module. So to have something like our site you need to disable "Show Search Form" and create a module of type Easy Profile Search.
You can put this module everywhere your template allow module positions, but normally all template have a left/right column for modules.
