Resolved Send Activationlink to imported users

Hi

I'm struggling a little bit with the activation e-mail. but maybe this isa joomla issue?
I have a List with about 250 new Joomla User with some extra fileds in easy-profile. I Imported this user via the import - Plugin.
But now i have to send all this users an activation Link for their account or a n e-mail to reset their password.

How to do that?

Hi,
you need to send an email to reset password, this is also most simple because emails are equal for all users (you can send a link to reset password by inserting email address).

With import plugin all imported users are already active. If you do not import the password field the system will generated a new one, so user need to reset.

You can add column "password" in your CSV to set specific password for each user. If this missing the system will generate a random password for each user.
