Hi-

This may not be possible, and I won't go crazy if it is not, as this is a "nice to have" feature. We have a situation where it behooves us to track whether members are married or are life partners with each other (church congregation). It would be great if when the current member's profile is changed to indicate that this is indeed the fact and another member is indicated as the partner, that we can go ahead and update the other member's data when the current member's data is saved instead of having to manually update the other member's info. I am not sure what file I would update to be able to do this, if it is at all possible. I have looked, but I still am not sure.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,
sorry but this is not a features of Easy Profile.

You can write some PHP code to do this, but this is more more complex.

To change value of another uses when you update your profile you can use our triggers.

You can create a plugin based on our skeleton plugin.

Skeleton plugin and documentation here: https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/44-triggers.html

This solve the problem of change value of another user when you update your profile. But to create associations between users (marriage) is much more complex.
