I have a JSN Pro 2.1.1 version of Easy Profile and when I uninstalled the Easy Profile Component it broke one the site I was using it on. It's an important site so I was able to find a backup of the site and reinstall the Component > com_jsn directories for both normal and administrator sections. This allowed me to reinstall the Component I have and get the site back online.

I then decided to install it on a site that doesn't matter as much but I still need running. Just to see if I could uninstall it on that site and that site now has the white screen of death and I can't get it back up. Will have to use a backup.

How do I uninstall Easy Profile?

Hi,
- Go to Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage
- Search for "Easy Profile"
- Select all elements
- Click to "Uninstall" button

Ok I will try this and thank you for your answer. It worked very well for me while we had a specific need for it. So it was trying to uninstall just the Component itself that made the problem? And you have to Uninstall all of them at once?

Hi,
So it was trying to uninstall just the Component itself that made the problem?
Probably yes, this way may cause the error because the plugin called "Easy Profile - System Plugin" is a system plugin (so always loaded) and probably it try to load some file from the component, but if the component does not exists then it return a error. If you encounter this error then you can simply delete folder /plugins/system/jsn_system, and continue to delete all other parts of Easy Profile like a normal way.

Of course this should not be happen, so we will investigate and fix this in the next release.

And you have to Uninstall all of them at once?
Yes.
