Repost from comment in jean marc question:

Hi Easy Profil Support,

I have the same question that Jean Marc did in the beginning but I couldn't find your answer to it

(I read in your documentation the following warning: "To work properly Easy Profile needs to have a menu item of type Easy Profile » User Profile." and don't understand WHERE I should put this menu item. Do you have a tutorial video? Could it be the main reason for my issue?)

Can you help me? Do you have any video?

My site is: http://conex.com.py/
and I have ingresar and registrar but the easy profile social only appears in the ingresar page (login) but not in the registrar (sign up) I'm confused.

And if I login through facebook I can't find my profile page to modify my account. I basically want it configured EXACTLY like you have on this website. It looks really good.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it was night for us and our offices was closed.

But I still don't know where to find the user profile after logging in through social media. Would you be willing to set my website up like you have yours?
You should create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile in your menu.

Would you be willing to set my website up like you have yours? My account tab would have....
Sorry but we do no do custom works.

Hi,

You does not have the same problem, Jean Marc had a problem due to many other registration providers, in your site I see that you use Joomla to register users and this is correct.

and I have ingresar and registrar but the easy profile social only appears in the ingresar page (login) but not in the registrar (sign up) I'm confused.
Easy Profile adds automatically Social Login buttons only in the login page, anyway you can add these button everywhere, for example you can create a simple "Custom Module" where you put the code to render buttons.
docs about this at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/social-connect-intro

- Go to Administration->Extensions->Modules
- Create a module of type Custom Module
- In HTML editor put this code: {socialconnect} like screenshot
- You can choose your preferred position to show module in your template (probably you can choose also before or after component page), you can also choose to show this module only on Registration menu item - These are normal Joomla parameters.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it's a weekend for us and our offices are closed.

I have a menu set up like that in my top-bar but everytime I login it disappears. (is it because of permission settings?) It's getting a little frustrating
Probably there is some permission problem, but this not seems something related to Easy Profile.

Can you send some kind of screenshot of how it should be set up? or a video?
This is not possible, this depends from your template, permissions or menu module configurations (not Easy Profile).

Menu management, module management, template positions are not related to Easy Profile. We can't provide video tutorial or screenshot to work with Joomla, we only support our products.

Anyway please post me your site details to check this, you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.
