The new feature "log in as user" creates an update in the "last loged in" data field.

Is this wanted?

The actionfalsifies the information as its implemented for its original use case.

No, this is the consequence of using the Joomla built-in login function, anyway I understand that this is a problem so we will try to find a way to avoid this.

update
unfortunately it's impossible for us to fix this because last login date is updated also during logout and Joomla does not have a event like "onUserAfterLogout" (all Joomla events at https://docs.joomla.org/Plugin/Events).

NOTE: event "onUserLogout" is triggered before the last login date is changed from Joomla logout process
