Resolved Trying to download easyprofile basic.. is asking me to login?

Hi, Ive just purchased easyprofile basic, im trying to download it.. (obviously im logged in) but when clicking the download link its asking me to login?

Id appreciate a response asap, thanks!

Hi thanks, yes I can see it now, but you know while I was waiting...I have just found a component that has everything I need including the profiles avatar....pforce.... can I possibly request a refund as Id really like to purchase jforce and I now have no need for easyprofile... im so sorry!

You have wait 6/7 minutes, to download basic version after payment (we have a download logs).

We offer free version to test our component, and we are available for any presales question (as you have seen even faster response), you bought our component but you not have tried free version before.
