I am still using 1.3.11, before upgrading to 1.3.14, do I need to uninstall the previous version first?

Since the update to Joomla! 3.4.8, I cannot update users. The error is: 0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (25-03-50) at position 7 (0): Unexpected character

Can this be related to Easy profile, or should I look elsewhere.

The two questions, is it wise to update now?

Thanks In advance, Hugo

Ok,
I found your problem

- In menu item called "Orkest leden" you have set in "SQL Custom Where" parameter this: group_id=22
- In menu item called "Teisterband leden" you have set in "SQL Custom Where" parameter this: group_id=21

You groups 21 and 22 are empty, see screenshot from your backend

We always recommend to update Easy Profile.
You not need to remove previous version, simply install new version to do upgrade.

about your error: I do not think that update solve your error, seems you have a date like 25-03-50, instead something like 25-03-1950 to store, so system can't parse date. if this error come from Easy Profile file then send me your site details to check this (you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab).

Hi,
sorry we not have experience with Joomlarra,

Anyway this seems content from "#__users" table and "Joomla - User Profile" plugin, there is nothing that concerns Easy Profile.

Hi,
sorry, I don't know how you have imported/exported data.

Why you do not use a most simplest way like export/import DB tables?
- copy Joomla user table in new installation ( #__users table ) to keep name, email, password
- copy Joomla usegroup table to keep usergroup ( #__usegroups table )
- copy Joomla ACL table to keep ACLs ( #__viewlevels table )
- copy Joomla usergroup map table to keep association between users anda usegroups ( #__user_usegroup_map table )
if you want to import also Easy Profile data copy these tables:
- #__jsn_users (users data)
- #__jsn_fields (fields structure)

You can simply use some tool like phpmyadmin, with this you can keep also passwords
