Resolved Upgrade from Basic to Pro Membership

Hello,

Today I renew my older subscription (paypal payment is still pending).
Some time later I decided to upgrade from Basic Membership to Pro.

On page Account > Subscription clicked the Upgrade button. On the confirm payment page i see this:
Regular Price 29.90
Unutilized amount of previous subscription (-) 8.82
Discount (Google+) (-) 1.00
Amount Payable € 20.08

But the Support wrote in forum:
"you will pay the difference of plans price (of the remaining time)"

Basic price was €19.90. The price of Pro is €29.90. The different is: €10.
If my calculation is good, than I must pay 29.90 - 19.90 = €10.
This isn't so? Why should I pay €20.08?

In these days we have upgraded* our subscription system, and now when you convert into Pro subscription, the system create a new subscription (with 1 year), you will have a discount of unutilized amount of previous subscription.

* we use payplan and we have updated from old old version to latest (released on 26 Mar, 2015), http://www.readybytes.net/payplans/change-logs.html

This is your decision, we must accept it. But I still do not understand that if I upgrade, so it will cost more than if I straight to the the pro version would have bought it: My „previous” subscription made today. So I must pay total €18.90 + €20.08 = €38,98
Is fine so? This is the real deal for Easy Profile.

Sorry, I see only now that you have buyed today Basic subscription (I think about 6 months ago) , so you're right, this is not correct.

Now we could do this:
- Wait 20min to check this problem (Sorry but we need to understand)
- We will send you a refund
- If you are interested you can do new Pro subscription
