I've been evaluating the demo version of Easy Profile and am upgrading to Basic - which I have just purchased.

I want to clear out the test data/config and reset it to 'as installed' state. Uninstalling/Reinstalling the modules (Extensions -> Manage -> Uninstall) does not seem to remove everything - are there database tables or files I need to remove or empty manually as well? I have MySQL etc skills :-)

Yes, you need to remove following tables:
- #__jsn_users
- #__jsn_fields

Also to clear configuration you need to delete record in table #__extensions with name='com_jsn'

Here the queries
DROP TABLE prefix_jsn_users;
DROP TABLE prefix_jsn_fields;
DELETE FROM prefix_extensions WHERE name = 'com_jsn';

replace prefix with your Joomla prefix table

Thank you for the prompt response...but

I removed Easy Profile using Extensions -> Manage . searching for 'Easy' and selected then Uninstalling the items listed. I then ran your query and attemped to install the basic package Extensions -> Manage -> Install -> Upload Package and got the following error:

Table 'joomladb.jml_jsn_fields' doesn't exist SQL=ALTER TABLE `jml_jsn_fields` ADD `edit` tinyint(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0';

Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: jsn.zip

What am doing wrong ?

- Install Free version attached to this post
- After install your Basic version
