I want to import users from my old site. I have installed Easyprofile on the old site to allow export of users.
I look at the import doc and it says the following
How to use

Install plugin - Go to Extensions->Plugin Manager and search for 'plg_userimport'
Click on plg_userimport plugin, set the Access and Enable it
Go on your-site/index.php?option=com_jsn&view=import

How do I invoke the import function. I thought there would be an import function in the backend of EasyProfile

HI,
sorry for late reply, it was night for us :D

the docs refer to a plugin to import users from frontend. In the recent releases (Basic and Pro) versions we have added a backend import feature.

Go to Administrator->Components->Easy Profile and on left menu go to "Import Users".
