Hello,
I installed the paid version on my site about a year ago on our Joomla 3.0 site, I use to see all the users on the list, about 350 in total, but I notice the in the last upgrades of Joomla 3.3 I only can see the 15 first users, I tried everything on the users options but nothing is working, I have 2 groups of users GT and AP ones and it was find before, do you have any idea what might be happening...?
Also if I need to install the latest version of Easy Profile will this erased my current list of fields and users, is there an upgrade version maybe, please let me know, I really need your help on this issue.
I enclosed the URL and credentials to access back-end.
Thank you so much, sincerely,

Hi there,
I was able actually to figure it out what was going on, on the menu I chose only to show 15 users, I then fix it to "All" and now its showing all the users.
Thank you for your replay anyhow, now need to further this issue.
Regards,

You have right, but Joomla have released a bugged version (3.3.5) and after one day have released (3.3.6). Unfortunately it is not easy to follow this kind of problems and unfortunately our tests require a bit of time.
