On my first registration page I have the basic information, such as name, email, password, and the reCaptcha V2. When the user clicks next (for the address info and such), he's met with the password and reCapthca fields ... again. Only after that is he led to the address infos...

Why is that and how can I disable the duplicate password prompt? Thanks!

Hi,
Easy Profile is not designed to add registration form in another static page****, your template override add a static registration for in Joomla Login page.

For example in your site:
- https://your-domain/index.php?option=com_users this link should show only login page (not registration form)
- https://your-domain//index.php?option=com_users&view=registration this is correct Joomla registration link

You should remove template override by rename (or delete) folder at /templates/gk_events/html/com_users/login to /templates/gk_events/html/com_users/login.old

**** Easy Profile extends Joomla user management (not replace), so registration and edit profile pages are the same of Joomla. Your override add a static form near login form, but this form not load Joomla Users Plugins (so Easy Profile basically does not do nothing ).

Update: renamed the folder above and all is well, thanks again! I won't need to re-phrase anything because it seems I did so a while back when we were building the site.

Again, many thanks!

Hi,
great. This happened because before you had:
Login (left column) and Registration Form (right column), but these come from a template override of Joomla Login Page, therefore the language comes from template constants.

Now in login page you will see the Output directly from Joomla so it uses Joomla Translations.

If you want a login form near registration there is another way:
You can create a menu item of type Users->Registration Form and put in this page the Login Module (normally all templates have a Sidebar positions for modules).

Some more info about previous problem:
Sorry but was weekend for us, so my replies was short and direct. But is interesting to understand why this happened.
Joomla have API to create forms, and all Joomla built-in forms (like registration form) uses these API. With this you can change output, change behaviors and extends the form with a Joomla plugin system. Easy Profile works so, it uses own plugins to extends Joomla Registration and Edit Profile form.
