I'm almost done with my website and testing. Importes about 350 users in database and all works great with easy-profile.
But... sending a reminder when password is forgotten didn't work for a certain user. I think this could have something to do with the fact that the username = the company name. And this names are with spaces, dots, etc
for instance: Company X's L.T.D.
The user can also login with his/her e-mail, so that is what I'll communicate to them. My first thought was it wouldn't be a problem to do it this way. And now I think it's not gonna work.
Can someone share the best way to do this?
I can think of two thinks:
1. Make it work anyway with some sort of workaround
2. Make new username's and add field of company name
Hope I'm clear on the problem I have.
