Hello,

I have change availability setting to "special" access level and visibility to public. "Special" access view level is for administrator and super user group. However, after login as administrator or super user, the field didn't appear at profile and edit profile. If I change the availability to public, then the field appear.

How to fix this problem?

Hi,
I have found that the field will appear only on the super user edit profile and administrator edit profile. But on the registered profile, it was missing. I want super user and administrator can edit the field while registered group can view on profile only and can't edit it. Is it possible?

Ok, so this is correct. "Available for" parameter set who have available the field on own profile. Now you have set that only Special users have this field.
Example: you have these profile types: Individual, Business
the field "VAT" should be available only for Business users. Individual not have VAT number.

For more info read the tip about this parameter (screenshot).

In your case you can simply set "Visible on Edit Profile" parameter to "No", with this the field will be editable only from Backend by Administrators.

TIP:
if you want to keep private this field on frontend you can set Parameter "Visibile for" to "Special", with this the field will be visible only for Administrators and Owner of profile (read the tip for more infos).
