Resolved Where can I translate the months names of posts?

Hi!
Where can I translate the months names of posts, the word "at" between date and time and to change AM, PM to 24 hour? These information usually appear at the bottom of the posts in Home of Social Network Plugin. See screenshot attached.

Hi,
there is a bug because the timeAgo function should translate automatically, even "at".

For format of date you can go on Social Network Administration->system settings->date format; see at http://php.net/manual/en/function.date.php the possibilities

for 24hour: replace "g:ia" with "H:i"
