You have one or more menu item of type "Users » Registration Form" accessible also from registered users, registered users not need to see this menu item. You should set access only for "Guest" to avoid conflicts.

where I need to adjust?

in some Menu you have a menu item of type "Users » Registration Form" with Public Access, but the best configuration is to set Access to "Guest" make a sense that registration menu item is available also for registered users.

Go to Menus->All Menu Items and set Access of all menu items of type "Users » Registration Form" to "Guest" (see screenshot)
