How can I make a wider select button. May you submit the code to place on custom.css ?

Easy Profile do not apply any CSS to your HTML input, this is something about your template.

Anyway, try this:
#member-profile .chzn-container, #member-registration .chzn-container {

    width: 100% !important;

}

you have a error in your custom.css at line 184, this break the following lines.

please do more attention.
