Dear awesome people of easy-profile,

You can do such great things with your plugin! So we've decided to re-build our start-up around it.

The website works, and went online last friday :-)

Now... there seem to be big problems, BIG because we are heavily depending on your plugin.

I noticed 4 things that scared me a little

1. I created a BIG list of fields within 5/6 tabs.

(Editing profile is a tutorial (tutorial html delimiter fields) which builds a 'profile' from 1/2 delimiters HTML that styles the shortcodes: {user field displayed (raw)})

When shuffeling the order of fields around; sometimes it doesn't recognize the position. All is messed up, even when refreshed. I reshuffle and reshuffle, until it fits right.... but it feels a little unstable though. Any thoughts on this??

2. We were migrating profiles by hand < because the databases didn't match at all. We planned to do this manually at the front-end... to learn from the user-experience. So we were all sitting next to each other using the same wifi-network. But when uploading a avatar/foto... sometimes we saved and one migrater suddenly saves the uploaded foto of the migrator next to him. No kidding! This happened multiple times!! Is this cause were on the same network, or may users experience the same bug? That would be killing, IF we'd scale up to lot's of users editing their profile at the same time. It's a true story and it seems really wierd...

3. This is our BIGGEST issue right now.

Our regular profile owners are now called: "users". Then we have let's say "power-users". We wanted them to log in front-end, and edit all user profiles. But with availibilty and visibility settings we couldn't make any tabs ONLY visible to "power-users". Cause profile "owners" can see the same thing. I've been reading this forum.

So we've giving restricted acces to "power-users" to the back-end usermanagement... And builded a "secret" tab... With options that only "power users" may add or change to "users" profiles.

So we closed "on profile" / "on registration" / "on edit" .... with userrights i'de tried everything...even public to availability and visibility... but there's a strange thing going on.....

The SELECT field... gets reset after a "user" edits its profile.... When the SELECT field is in "users" edit profile, not a problem. But when it's only visible in the back-end... it gets reset after the user edits the profile.

- only the SELECT field. (so not text fields, foto-fields) and BOTH SELECT fields (multiple choices as one choice setting)
- The SELECT field available and visible to users themselfs won't get reset.

4. Foto upload with webcam & crop: doesn't work at back-end (the same way as it does in front-end)

So we want ristricted "power-users" to upload foto's the nice way. But in back-end the webcam&crop function doesn't display. We want to let them deside the avatar for "users".... but front-end isn't possible to make a difference to "users" and "powerusers" when "powerusers" tries to edit "user-profiles" front-end. So we need that function in the back-end....

Sorry for the large number of issues. We REALLY need your help. And still be able to update your plugin in the future. We're launching a big website depending on your plugin. We would be honoured if you would like to recieve a back-up of our platform to perform test results on to make your plugin work even better.

Could you please point us in the right direction to fix at least problem 3 asap? Maybe 4 ;-).

Keep up the good work!

btw. Our website url is attached.

With regards!

Dennis
