I've just installed the pro version 2.4.2 over top of my existing 1.3.13 version. I had no template overrides, and I did not see any other changes I needed to make to keep things working.

Overall, things looks similar, and seem to be working. However, I have several user lists - reports, really - and most of them are now showing 0 users, instead of listing out certain selections of users. Most of these reports are using some SQL where clauses to select certain users, and most display multiple fields in multiple columns.

I've tried removing the SQL Where clause to see if that is part of the problem. I've also taken out the multiple field columns to see if that helped. Nothing has helped.

What do I need to do to have these report lists working again?

Hi,
very thanks for your availability :D

we have found and fixed the problem in your site. We will add this patch in next release.

Problem was due to an incompatibility with your DB server (MariaDB 5.5).
