What’s going on here???
As seen below - you sent me an email notice that my subscription fro easy Profile Pro "WILL END IN 5 DAYS" on the day it had already expired !!!
So I was unable to update before my subscription expired.
Please extend my subscription for 5 days so I have time to download and install the latest version before deciding if I want to extend my subscription.

We have recently (3 days ago) updated our site and subscription system, and this email was sent by mistake.
This email was sent about 1 hour before your subscription expired, anyway we will extends your subscription for 2 days to allow you to download latest release
