I am thinking to renew my subscription so to update my previous version of Easy Profile.
However, I found out that during my first year of subscription I seemingly didn't get any update to Easy Profile. I am still running the version I downloaded when I purchased it.
May I know what went wrong?
If I renew my subscription, I will be able to update to the last version of Easy Profile, right?

sorry for late reply.

As core Joomla and all components the update is not automatic, but it require a manual action. Probably you does not have update our component during latest months of your subscription.

With your subscription you have purchased support and download/update service, so until the expire you are able to use our download/update service. Also, previous versions are bugged, so anyhow we prefer to not distribute them.

As you can imagine, it's very important.
I built my site running version 2.5.6 and I am going to download and install the current version, which is 2.8.

Yes, it will perform the update, or alternatively you can update it from Joomla updater.
I am not going to lose anything from my previous version right? I mean, users, settings, fields and all the rest?
of course ;), Update from version 2.5 to 2.8 does not change the DB data.
